How does your fee structure work?

We provide written quotes based on free on-site visits. Third-party service providers such as movers, junk removal, and cleaners will bill the estate directly, based on pre-approved estimates. There are no hidden costs and we do not profit from the value of estate contents.

What is your response time?

We can visit a property within 24 hours to provide a written quote.
We also have a Rapid Response service for time-sensitive situations where we charge a flat fee to secure the property.
