About Us
TrustHaus is a local family business co-founded by Jaime Case and Veronica Vinge. Jaime was born and raised in the Okanagan and currently lives in Penticton with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 cats. Veronica moved to the Okanagan from Alberta in 2015 and lives between Oliver and Osoyoos with her husband, 1 dog, and 2 cats.
Who You'll Work With
We started TrustHaus to fill a gap we saw in estate administration: the hands-on work of managing the physical estate, securing the home, documenting contents, coordinating the clearout, and preparing the property. TrustHaus fills that gap with structure, accountablity, and documentation.
Jaime Case has a background in accounting and audit-informed work. Veronica Vinge's background is in strategic and systems consulting. We met through nonprofit work in the Okanagan, which is where we discovered we approach complex, detail-oriented work the same way. TrustHaus is the result of that. Our partners bring expertise in health & safety, security management, and home and vehicle maintenance.
We are based in the Okanagan and work with professional executors locally and with trust companies and law firms managing estates from out of town. We carry insurance, work only under written executor authorization, and have no financial interest in the value of estate contents.
